Dr. Palmer has treated my 2 boys with autism, Kevin, 12, and Ryan, 10, for years now.

When I first came to Dr. Palmer's office, I was so worried.  The boys' special needs had already affected every other area of their lives - their diet, their speech, their ability to get along with other people, their cognitive ability.  Now, I had to take them to a special dentist, too.  Although Dr. Palmer had been recommended by other parents who had kids with autism too, I didn't know what to expect.

My first visit put my fears to rest.  Dr. Palmer gave a brief synopsis of his background, and turned his attention to my kids.  He cared for them without passing judgment on the difficulties of getting kids, any kids, to brush their teeth.  He was gentle with them so they weren't afraid of the experience, but firm enough to get a good read on what was going on inside their mouths.  I feel completely confident that my boys are in good hands when they are with Dr. Palmer.

I don't worry about dental visits anymore.  My boys have each been sedated, and they each have a single silver crown.  When we go for check-ups, the boys don't fuss.  They feel comfortable and happy there, which is a huge burden off my back.

I've recommended Dr. Palmer to my friends, and I have for years now.  He's amazingly competent and patient.  Most importantly, he really cares about my boys.  He treats them with respect, as individuals, and that shines through every visit.

I appreciate all the work that Dr. Palmer has done for my family.  He's a great dentist - great with kids, great with special needs, and great with moms who worry a lot!  Our family has been blessed to have him as our dentist.
